We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. You can pay securely online or over the phone. Secure Online PaymentsTo keep your details secure we use the Protx payment gateway. This means that you will be the only person who can view your card details throughout the entire order process. When you are ready to make payment for your items you will be transferred to the Protx payment gateway. Once you are here you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser meaning that any data entered here will be encrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. We use 3D Secure 3D Secure is the technology behind Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard SecureCode (MSC), the latest fraud prevention initiatives launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction. The scheme is set up as an online alternative to Chip and PIN, where the customer is required to enter a unique password chosen by the shopper before the transaction process can be completed. Encryption and Data Storage Once on protx systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so. |
